To effectively communicate with consumers for its launch into the highly competitive urgent care market, CHI St. Alexius Health relied on LEVEL Mpls.
“The goal of our launch was to focus on the superior patient experience with this urgent care model, and to educate how our urgent care differs from other clinics in North Dakota,” said Lisa Moon, communications director of Catholic Health Initiatives Fargo Division. “Rather than differentiating on speed and convenience alone, CHI St. Alexius Health Urgent Care is about experience, convenience and quality care, thus enhancing the overall patient experience.”
At CHI St. Alexius Health Urgent Care, clients receive personalized care, getting the exact treatment they need in a timeframe that works best for them, which greatly differs from other clinics.
CHI St. Alexius Health Urgent Care strives to make patient care as convenient as possible for individuals and families. With walk-ins, after hours, and weekend access, patients can receive quality medical care at a time that’s convenient for them.
Before the end of every appointment, patients will receive everything they need for proper treatment such as prescriptions or crutches. CHI St. Alexius Health Urgent Care ensures every patient leaves with the recommendations needed for any care necessary going forward.
“To capture the attention of North Dakota consumers, we created a humorous and easily relatable campaign different from traditional health care marketing,” said Dave Damman, chief creative officer of LEVEL Mpls. “The TV spot featuring a husband overexaggerating his finger cut on a soda can is a fun example of how CHI St. Alexius Health Urgent Care helps with life’s little urgencies.”
With the “For Life’s Little Urgencies” theme, LEVEL Mpls created advertisements for TV, radio, digital, billboards, radio, print, door hangers, nurse station signage, and exam room signage that ties the urgent care experience to the overall quality of care provided by CHI St. Alexius Health Urgent Care.
Two of the new urgent care clinics are in Bismarck, N.D.; with a third location opening in the spring of 2019.
