Position Summary:
We are seeking a Studio Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our studio. The Studio Manager will assist with the internal operations of the creative, project, and leadership teams. The ideal candidate would be self-guided and able to manage multiple projects concurrently.
Studio Manager
-Coordinate day-to-day business operations
-Ordering supplies, organizing client visits, coordinating office-wide initiatives
-Plan internal events and office participation in community events
-Support creative, project, leadership teams in their roles
-Take internal and external meeting notes, organize software (project management/time tracking/budgeting), file documentation
-Schedule building, technology, and security related work-orders
-Support teams in completing client deliverables
-Support leadership with day-to-day activities/assistance
-Manage internal initiatives
Preferred Qualifications
-Project management experience
-Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
-Previous creative agency experience
-Social media experience
