Job Summary:
The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for the development, implementation and management of strategic marketing content, brand voice, digital marketing and driving engagement across digital and non-digital channels. The Content Marketing Specialist works with other members of the brewery to help develop and execute strategies that elevate the Wild Mind brand.

Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of our brand, our partners, customers and consumers, creating content that resonates, inspires, and drives results
- Responsible for maintaining brand perception and increasing brand recognition, ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone of voice, and optimized for search and user experience for all channels of content including online, social media, email, mobile, video, print and in-person
- Map out a content strategy that supports and extends marketing initiatives, both short- and long-term, determining which methods work for the brand and why, ensuring continuous evolvement of strategy
- Supervise writers, editors, content strategists; is an arbiter of best practices in grammar, messaging, writing, and style in English.
- Develop standards, systems and best practices (both human and technological) for content creation, distribution, maintenance, content retrieval and content repurposing, including real-time implementation of content strategies
- Partner with sales and product marketing teams to ensure we are developing stories, content and testimonials that improve the sales process and drives results
- Leveraging market data to develop content themes/topics and execute a plan to develop the assets that support a point of view and educate customers that leads to critical behavioral metrics

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications or related field; MBA a plus
- Photography and graphic design
- Minimum 3 years’ of social media and content experience
- A creative thinker with strong writing capabilities and demonstrable examples of work showing the ability to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and how to create content that draws an audience
- Experience with social media and content management solutions, including working knowledge of the various stages of content production
- Well versed in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) standard methodologies, including experience creating a resource or library of content organized indicating SEO, translations and version control
- Entrepreneurial, business-minded, able to work independently and work well cross-functionally with marketing, creative and operations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; continuous innovation is critical and prioritization is key
- Unflappable and super organized, with the ability to keep calm while managing multiple projects
