The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, executing and analyzing our marketing campaigns. You will also collaborate with other internal teams and marketing executives to develop a marketing strategy and plan. You will then communicate these plans effectively to all relevant internal teams. This position is great for someone who is both analytical and creative.

Come join our growing collective! Our ideal Marketing Manager will be a pivotal player on the Marketing Team, to help research, develop and implement Spyhouse’s marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for helping create and executing our marketing strategy under the vision of the VP of Marketing – FairWave, and Spyhouse President. This candidate will help lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. Candidates will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Duties/Responsibilities: • Assists with coordinating and executing all aspects of in-café, website, digital marketing, and other duties as required by the VP of Marketing. • Works with internal creative team to deliver against requests and briefs • Responsible for proofing marketing materials and ensures consistency and adherence to company standards • Coordinate all marketing activities as part of brands’ loyalty programs, letting the data lead the way • Collaborate with other teams to promote offerings • Inform vendors and stakeholders of projects and services through creative marketing strategies • Track performance of all marketing campaigns

Qualifications / Skills: • Project Management • Excellent Communication Skills (verbal/written) • Google Suite Proficient • Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task while delivering quality results and meeting deadlines • Detail-oriented and able to consistently produce high quality results in a fast-paced environment • Highly motivated with the ability to function independently and solve problems • Ability to build and maintain solid working relationships with business partners and other team members • Positive, can-do, and find the answers you need attitude. • Ability to succeed in a fluid organization striving to drive unprecedented growth in a competitive environment

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements: • Related degree in marketing (Required) • 3-4 years marketing experience • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, journalism, public relations or related field, or relevant experience • Ability to thrive in fast paced and entrepreneurial environments • Strong understanding of marketing strategy and how to effortlessly utilize these concepts throughout the various forms of outreach • Demonstrated success in a customer service or client relationship role • Agency, loyalty OR, digital experience and/or production backgrounds in a CPG role are a plus
