We are looking for the Account Person of all Account People.
This is no ordinary account role. We are looking for the person who has a healthy obsession with making order out of chaos. The person who can build lasting relationships with clients, jump in to work alongside the creative team, manage budgets, timelines and craziness. We need someone who can present the hell out of the work, multitask like it’s second nature, look forward to solving the world’s problems and help keep spirts high. As part of a nimble, dedicated, entrepreneurial team looking to grow, you’ll be a part of everything from talking to CEOs to helping load the Lacroix order into the office soda machine.

Role expectations:
Public Works entrusts an Account Lead with our most critical role - protecting and advancing client relationships while growing their businesses and leading the internal team. This role includes leading projects from kick-off through completion and working side-by-side with internal teams to bring the best work forward for our clients and agency. The Account Lead will partner with leadership on all financial contracts and forecasting to promote the continued success of our clients and our business.
Key responsibilities include:
Partnering with account leadership and project management/operations to accurately scope and schedule work.
Owning the financial health of all assigned accounts, including financial reconciliation and forecasting.
Building and maintaining external and internal relationships.
Partnering with strategy, creative leads and project managers to set goals and write briefs.
Partnering with creative leads and team to make the work better and on-brief.
Cross-team collaboration to brainstorm, concept and support execution of ideas and tactics as part of the larger internal team.
Collaboration with agency partners and vendors.
Owning the strategic health of all accounts assigned, which includes brand strategy leadership, social strategy support, connections planning support, PR/activation leadership and stewardship, broadcast and filmed content production (strategic input, attendance at shoots), brand planning and financial reporting, financial forecasting, scope writing and reconciliation.
The Account Lead should possess the following skills and attributes:

Requirements:
BA/BS in Marketing or Advertising, or similar
Ideally, 5 years of experience in an agency environment or similar
