We are currently seeking a full-time or part-time Talent Acquisition Manager who will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Operations. This position is responsible for full life-cycle recruiting: hiring strategy, recruiting, screening and recommending/referring applicants for all positions, using creative sourcing methods (internal and external), and post-hire duties, such as maintenance of ATS, and/or onboarding.

Responsibilities

-Establishes recruiting requirements by studying organization plans and objectives; meeting with managers to discuss needs.
-Determines applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications.
-Works with hiring managers to ensure compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations, including affirmative action plan compliance.
-Develops and maintains an excellent relationship with internal and external clients to ensure achievement of staffing goals.
-Uses traditional and nontraditional resources, such as industry networking events, career fairs, online job fairs, etc., to identify and attract quality candidates.
-Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements.
-Screens resumes, interviews candidates (by phone or in person), administers appropriate assessments and reference/background checks, makes recommendations for hire (or not hire) and delivers employment offers for both exempt and nonexempt position openings
-Communicates important employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements).
-Follows up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding recruiting process.
-Conducts reference checks
-Manages internal transfer process, including screening, coordination of interviews with hiring manager, transfer offer letters, etc.
-Manages candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
-Maintains memberships and affiliations with trade/professional organizations related to the industry.

Required Qualifications

-BS/MS in Human Resources Management or equivalent work experience.
-Proven experience as a recruiter, 5 years of recruiting experience.
-Hands-on experience with various selection processes and ability to determine and implement the appropriate process for the company needs.
-Considerable skill in interviewing techniques and ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, behavior-based, etc.).
-Ability to quickly develop a solid knowledge of the positions for which they are recruiting, and a basic understanding of the company's organizational structure and personnel policies and procedures
-Ability to transcribe hiring managers' and department /business needs into necessary skills of applicants.
-Hands-on experience with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
-Strong organizational skills.
-Strong decision-making and judgment skills
-Extensive knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
