We are seeking a highly driven and client focused Account Manager. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious digital marketer who strives to be the best in their field and provide their clients with exceptional work and rewarding relationships. The account manager will help lead the day to day relationship with client contacts, working to execute and manage a wide array of digital strategies. In addition, the account manager will be responsible for helping to effectively communicate with internal agency teams to meet and exceed our client expectations and goals.
•Manages the day to day communication with clients on project status, performance, billing, etc.
•Communicate clearly and effectively with internal working teams
•Foster team-orientated ideation
•Responsible for creation of client contracts, project briefs and budget tracking documents
•Responsible for budget tracking and invoicing for clients
•Drive client retention through exceptional tactical execution
•Work alongside senior leadership and executive team-members to ensure long-term client satisfaction.
•Assist in various projects to develop the agency’s understanding of our client’s core business needs
•Ensure high-quality execution of client deliverables and presentations
•2+ years of agency account management experience
•Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
•A focus on building and maintaining relationships with an ability to gain trust through communication, expectation setting, and managing the completion of planned deliverables
•Organized, with strong attention to detail
•Strong time management skills
•Team-oriented, ability to work with many different teams and personality types
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to maintain positive energy in a high-pressure and deadline-driven environment
•Highly inquisitive with a hunger to learn and a passion for advertising
