Social Media Director Responsibilities
+ Embrace and model the MINER Core Values
+ Support Executive Team directives and initiatives, speaking into and leading the strategic direction of the lane
+ Lead, manage and innovate Positive Online Presence® (POP) service line and delivery process
+ Provide coaching and development to support personal and professional growth for each team member
+ Manage client hours, workload and metrics for each team member, ensuring deliverable goals are met
+ Collaborate with Growth Team in sales conversations and proposal strategy as necessary
+ Manage healthy and successful client relationships
+ Lead client campaigns within respective lane
+ Oversee/approve POP strategies, POP content and POP audits for social media team
+ Facilitate POP Strategy Sessions with new clients
+ Write and develop POP content and strategy for clients, including optimizing posts
+ Follow current events and connect to client POP opportunities
+ Oversee the creation of monthly POP reports for POP clients
+ Lead social media training for clients as needed
+ Communicate with Agorapulse, our social media scheduling and reporting system
+ Research updates to social media platforms and social media posting best practices

Job Requirements
+ Residence in Minneapolis-St. Paul area; minimum of 1 day/week in-office is required (note: working from home is optional, not required)
+ 5-7 years' experience creating content for and strategically managing public social media accounts
+ 5-7 years’ experience leading and developing a team
+ High level of expertise in and passion to continue innovating in current and future social media platforms
+ Successful track record managing public social media accounts, including content creation and strategy
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills; a persuasive and diplomatic communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
+ Strong attention to detail
+ Deadline driven with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities
+ Dedicated to learning and professional/personal development
+ Proficiency in social media scheduling software, Google app software (Gmail, Calendar, Drive) and general troubleshooting ability
+ Ability to adapt quickly to a changing environment
+ BS/BA degree
