Vice President of Strategy, Insights, and Analytics

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Vice President of Insights and Analytics (VP of SIA) to play a vital role in helping the team grow and maintain client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in both brand and traditional and digital media Strategy, media measurement, and team management and leadership.

-Partner with account management (and clients) in understanding and addressing key business challenges and proactively seek untapped opportunities that can make a difference in market performance/brand equity.
-Participate in new business, particularly organic growth RB projects.
-In partnership with an internal Brand Manager, meet with clients to identify key goals, objectives, audience, and effective media mix for clients' marketing objectives.
-Acquire in-depth industry knowledge, including key issues, competitive landscape, industry trends, and implications for our clients.
-Remain up to date on changes to media channels and advertising trends. Understand the most effective strategies and when to pitch them to our clients.
-Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate across departments at the agency.
-Develop thought leadership pieces.
-Ensure use, adoption and learning of proprietary strategic tools.
-Help move stakeholders to desired action through clear and persuasive delivery of information
-Brief internal working teams for ideation, lead and steer brainstorms
-Lead the development of client presentations and other important communication; delivering clear, compelling and persuasive communications to all stakeholders
-Communicate through the lens of the consumer to address stakeholders' concerns and perspectives
-Apply insights and analytical skills to all campaigns.
-Lead, manage, and hold the Strategy, Insights and Analytics team accountable to on-time deliverables.


-10+ years of experience in media and/or advertising, with a focus on developing and executing strategic campaigns.
-Proven experience in strategy, insights and analytics (agency or media side) and knowledge of market research.
-Thorough knowledge and expertise in traditional and digital media channels and their benefits.
-Strong working knowledge of research methodologies and marketing basics
-Culturally plugged in; nimble, inspired and scrappy gatherer of information
-Crisp thinker and communicator - verbally, visually and in writing
-Proactive, curious, self-motivated
-Experience in media forecast creation
-Knowledge and understanding of Media Mix Modeling (MMM) and Multi-touch Attribution (MTA).
-General knowledge of or direct experience with the digital media industry or CRM platforms are a plus
-Proven team leadership ability with strong client relationship skills
-In-depth knowledge of and passion for online advertising and emerging trends in the digital landscape and traditional media.
-The ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
-An all-around seasoned professional with exceptional communication, organizational and time management skills, and the flexibility to adapt quickly to change
-Superior organizational, project management and time-management skills.
-Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

We anticipate that this person will be most effective onsite at our office in the North Loop area of Minneapolis Monday-Thursday due to the work style of the existing team. The person in this role will routinely work remotely most Fridays, and we will consider an additional routine remote day during the week after initial training is complete. That being said, we do understand that some days are more productive remotely, and we offer additional remote flexibility as needed. Note that parking is paid for by Media Bridge when employees are required to work onsite.
