Title: Group Account Director
Department: Account Management
Accountable to: SVP, Director of Account Management

• You can travel. (Sometimes, there is nominal advance notice, though we try to avoid last minute situations whenever we can.)
What You’d Do
• Enthusiastically and professionally represent and advocate for Martin Williams
• Provide strategic thinking and a broad business perspective to the client and agency teams in order to develop and implement effective marketing that meets brand objectives, KPIs and agency goals
• Evaluate work whether it be strategic documents, creative output, campaign ideas, etc.
• Foster and identify innovative thinking, sound strategy and creative ideas
• Contribute to the development of the agency and culture as a whole
• Apply entrepreneurial thinking to recognize and seize business opportunities, particularly on set book of business (i.e., assigned account or accounts)
• Ensure outstanding client service by anticipating potential problems, assessing appropriate solutions and taking action to avoid and/or resolve conflicts
• Responsible for overall quality and presentation of agency work
• Manage account profitability with an understanding of account reviews, forecasting, P+L
• Manage, coach and/or motivate account personnel, including but not limited to any team members that directly report to this position, to develop future agency leaders
• Increase agency revenue through organic growth or new business opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the changing needs of Martin Williams
What You’ve Done
• Bachelors or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business or equivalent
• Proven ability to manage Integrated marketing projects with high levels of client involvement, multi-tasking, multiple work streams, budget management and tight deadlines
• 15+ years of agency experience minimum, preferably at an integrated agency or Branding/Creative agency
• Experience leading Brand, Brand Strategy or Integrated Agency accounts/projects a must
