ROLE: Social Media Coordinator


The primary responsibility of the Social Engagement Coordinator will be to develop, execute, and analyze all social engagement on client channels including influencer marketing campaigns, social strategy, and channel growth. This role will be responsible for building authentic social media campaigns and influencer and brand ambassador programs that drive client results. This person should be excited about the idea of keeping tabs on what is up and coming in the social and creator space.


50% social campaign development & daily execution
30% influencer strategy and management
20% paid social + digital management

Day-to-day work life will include but is not limited to the following:

Work with the account teams to develop and execute social strategies that drive against brand marketing influencer initiatives
Leads and manages social media influencer and brand ambassador programs for Lola Red clients
Map out social strategies for influencer campaigns and leverage data to develop content themes/topics
Alongside Social Manager, responsible for social execution. May include posting, monitoring, engagement, and community management to achieve growth across social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, Twitter etc.)
Put together monthly content calendars with strategic copy and hashtags across client social channels
Leads the way in finding creative ways to interject brands into conversations with consumers to drive strategic value to the company’s overall reputation
Responsible for negotiating contractual agreements with paid influencers holding contracted parties accountable, and sending out influencer product
Track influencer performance against defined KPI’s and evaluate the impact of Lola Red’s work
Utilize Lola Red influencer marketing platform, Fohr, for campaign planning and management
Establish a content lifecycle workflow for initiating, conception, creating/editing, publishing, and archiving content with influencers & ambassadors

A minimum of 4+ years’ of demonstrated success developing social media, influencer, and brand ambassador programs
Extremely strong written and verbal skills
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage engaging social media channels
Working knowledge of social metrics and ability to set and report out on KPIs
Strong pulse on pop culture and social media trends
Proven track record effectively managing vendor relationships with timely and accurate execution of deliverables
Experience in Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads and other digital marketing tools
Strong understanding of digital landscape, media, trends and online consumer behavior. Pro-active in pursuing new opportunities, ideas, platforms, etc.
