Position Summary

We are looking for a Sr. Manager, Digital Marketing to help expand our health, fitness and wellness footprint into the digital space through our new Life Time Digital Membership app. Using a consumer centric lens this role will work closely with our product, UX, marketing and development teams to create a product roadmap that will elevate our digital experience to that of our luxury, resort-like health clubs and unlock new value for this consumer in a saturated and highly competitive marketplace.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive the business, product and marketing strategy for the digital membership product
Act as the day-to-day lead on the mobile app using creative thinking, consumer insights, data and competitive insights to inform daily and long term roadmap decisions
Champion the consumer point of view through a balance of qualitative and quantitative analysis and synthesis to deliver an unparalleled experience in the digital health and fitness space
Collaborate with business partners across the organization to digitize their products and services in meaningful ways for our members and team members
Accountable for the end-to-end mobile journey inclusive of hardware, software and product integrations such as heart rate monitors, live streaming, cardio equipment and in-club programming
Develop, execute and expand a robust testing and optimization strategy against key performance indicators
Participate in backlog grooming and enterprise prioritization to manage simultaneous time-sensitive feature releases and projects
Define, develop and deliver clear, concise narratives inclusive of a product performance dashboard, on product strategy, engagement and overall performance for multiple audiences
Position Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
5+ years of digital marketing experience on a B2C product
3+ years of mobile marketing experience
Exceptional analytical and quantitative skills, with proven ability to measure, test, learn and iterate in order to get the best results possible
Strong leadership and communication skills to drive recommendations, to articulate tradeoffs and to communicate plans to senior executives
Willingness to roll up the sleeves and help where needed
Possesses a passion for digital marketing and for using data to drive consumer marketing decisions
​ Preferred Requirements

Experience with Xamarin, Swift or React Native
Experience with Adobe tech stack, preferably Adobe Analytics
Experience with BI tools including Domo, Tableau or PowerBI
MBA preferred
