Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain client relationships through regular interactions.
• Facilitate onboarding of new (assigned) clients.
• Scope and prepare project proposals/SOWs.
• Facilitate the development of clear and measurable goals for client programs and projects. (Leveraging other agency resources, as appropriate, to define those goals.)
• Review client work to ensure it aligns with client’s brand and strategy and drives toward goal achievement.
• Present work to the client with and without other team members involved.
• Keep client apprised of project status, results and budget.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery and reporting.
• Continually seek ways to grow (assigned) accounts by creating value and sharing fresh ideas that drive the clients’ businesses.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications and/or 5-8 years hands-on experience working in an account or client management role (in-agency or in-house.)
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work in a faced-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly and sensitively with clients, agency staff and vendors.
• Knowledge/experience working with a wide range of advertising elements and channels including programmatic digital/social, web, broadcast, print, OOH, collateral and business identity/design.
• Willingness to follow a hybrid work model (work-in-office and work-from-home) to ensure the best results for the agency and its clients.
Compensation and benefits are competitive and will be shared during the interview process.
