As an Art Director with a digital focus, you’ll be tasked with taking on small and big sticky challenges – tackling challenges both on the business and in the business. You’ll not only craft compelling layouts that inspire action, but build creative solutions, collaborate as a team to bring fresh ideas forward and elevate the quality of our creative work. Getting to the heart of what matters to audiences through meaningful designs and dynamic storytelling. You’ll get to be a team player working on the business to help identify the root cause of our challenges and opportunities. We are not for the wallflowers who want to go along with the status quo, but for the daymakers who are striving to be their best. The ideal candidate has 3-8 years of creative agency experience, has digital design capabilities for digital mediums, a proven ability to generate original ideas as well as get into the details of production, and can be persuasive knowing when to consult or sell their work to others.


+ Experience art direction and design capabilities for consumer brand, product, and digital advertising campaigns. Specifically, you will design for franchise brands.
+ Brand identity capabilities to establish or redefine a brand look and feel that meets strategy of how to differentiate in market and appeal to target audience.
+ Proven digital design capabilities for short form digital ads, hero graphics, email, and social media campaigns. Bonus skills to develop motion graphics.
+ Proven ability to create compelling designs for a variety of platforms. Here you will create designs for digital campaigns, lead generation campaigns, build landing pages and full websites, social media posts, graphics for blogs, print ads, trade shows, TV, video, and collateral.
+ Growth-minded and looking to grow existing accounts, support winning new business and are collaborative creative leaders.

+ Use data-driven insights to drive creative solutions.
+ Can shift between multiple accounts.
+ Identify and manage multiple priorities by utilizing the project management software supplied.
+ Collaborate with team members, pitch new ideas to both clients and new business opportunities, and enhance creative solutions with fresh ideas or cutting-edge tactics.
+ Excellent communicators and give respectful, clear, and direct feedback to team members.


+ 3-8 years of experience, preferably in an agency or in-house creative department
+ Preferred Bachelor’s degree in advertising, design, communications, or relevant field
+ Superior collaborative skills and experience
+ Ability to follow brand style guides to maintain brand consistency
+ Confidence in design abilities
+ Experience in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically –
+ InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Bannersnack, and InVision
+ Preferred knowledge of Microsoft Suite – PowerPoint and Word
+ Basic HTML knowledge
+ Franchise brand experience is a plus, but not required.
+ Online design portfolio to be considered
