The Account Manager position at Folklore helps us in serving and exceeding our clients business, marketing and build objectives. The Account Manager will work with their Team Lead to coordinate, develop, implement and execute the proposed strategic and creative concepts within client-specified time frames and budgets. The Account Manager must be comfortable authoring client proposals and continually managing client expectations, project timelines, deliverables and budgets.
Overall Responsibilities
Efficiently collect, organize, create and present project briefs for internal teams reference
Assess client objectives and goals to provide clear, concise direction to internal teams regarding strategic interactive marketing goals throughout project lifecycle
Be the point of contact for clients, ensuring that their needs and desires are accurately relayed to internal teams
Coordinate with Team Lead to scope project requirements and prepare budget and resourcing decisions and tracking
Develop a detailed project plan and monitor progress
Deliver projects based upon the best path to mutually beneficial success for client and agency
Highlight potential risks or malfunctions and act proactively to resolve issues
You manage client feedback forms and Jira ticket entry as needed

Support the team leads in researching and developing proposals for new business
Your Skills
3-5 years of work experience in account management or project management role
Experience with Jira/Asana or other time/project management programs
Experience authoring client change orders (project scope changes), including resource allocation needs
Comfort working with individuals in all levels of the client organization, including strong skills interacting with senior-level management
Experience in effectively managing cross-functional teams, including creative, technical and strategic resources for website development and online marketing campaigns
Familiarity with creative and strategic process, web development life cycles, social media, email marketing and online campaigns
Comfort in assisting and developing scope of work, estimates and timelines for continued client business
Clear and detailed communication skills for clients, vendors, contractors and internal teams
