Job description:

The Account Supervisor is an important leadership position within the organization. The Account Supervisor will lead internal client team execution and ongoing evaluation of client account plans in support of achieving client objectives, meeting client needs and meeting/exceeding FLM Harvest client revenue projections.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Provides strategic guidance to clients; anticipate and address client needs and challenges especially at it relates to food accounts; plan and develop integrated programs that exceed client objectives
· Leads, facilitates and participates in client meetings and supports the SAS in managing client relationships

Identifies new opportunities with clients and build incremental business as it relates to food brands
· Bills a minimum of 1600 hours annually to active client projects under the direction of the SAS team

· Ensures that internal project communication procedures are followed and serves as the client advocate when discussing internal project deliverables and forecasting

· In collaboration with business manager, ensures that project costs and hours are tracked accurately based upon the client’s contractual relationship with FLM Harvest

· In collaboration with the SAS and assigned Business Manager, the Account Supervisorreviews and approves all client invoices

· Collaborates with Account Supervisor in client strategic planning process and forecasting

· Regularly leads, schedules and participates in client status and relationship meetings

· Prepares, conducts, and evaluates periodic client reviews

· Supports the annual account planning and client development strategies

· Supports new business initiatives within client account(s)

· Supports new business development activity within organization when needed

· Serves as an internal expert on behalf of SAS team’s clients

· Other duties as assigned

· Mastery in supporting the formation and growth of a productive engaging team work environment based on collaboration and influence

· Mastery level skill in all Microsoft software with an emphasis on PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Excel

· Strong financial acumen

· Demonstrated ability and willingness to develop knowledge on key industry issues

Education and Experience

· B.S. in business, marketing, journalism, communications and/or related field is required

· 10+ years of experience managing client accounts in public relations, advertising, marketing and/or communications

· Experience working in the food industry is required; experience working with commodity boards and/or lifestyle/food brands is ideal

· Proven track record of cultivating business relationships
