Description

The Integrated Producer / Project Manager plays an integral role on the Fellow team. As the day-to-day centerpoint of the workflow within the agency, you’ll provide oversight, communication and coordination for entire projects and all those involved, including account managers, strategists, designers, tech, production and more. And not just on any single platform; you’ll oversee projects in digital, experiential, photography, video, print, and overall identity and brand concepting. You are responsible for ensuring all projects get delivered on time, on budget and within scope. But beyond that, you should have a passion for creativity and business, confidence to lead, and the ability to partner with all teams within the agency.

Collaboration is key, and you should be able to work closely with all team members and clients, continuing to drive projects forward with a positive attitude. A successful PM/producer at Fellow thrives wearing many hats, delivering in a fast-paced environment, organizing teams and timelines, and building relationships with diverse personalities.

You should always be proactively thinking and be steps ahead of the team, helping to identify issues and roadblocks, with solutions on how to avoid them along the way.

The primary responsibilities of this role include, but are not limited to:
Define plans, schedules and budgets for all proposals and projects.
Manage all projects within the agency, including resources, calendars, budgets and timelines - from brief to delivery.
Master the details, always staying on top of client requests and proactively communicating with teams.
Escalate challenges, roadblocks, and risks as they arise.
Drive projects forward with efficiency and empathy.
Secure, manage and communicate with outside vendors and partners in the production of work, including negotiating bids, gathering specs, estimates and managing this process through final delivery.
Contribute to client-facing meetings and conversations without being the primary client contact.
Take detailed and accurate notes and disseminate them to the broader internal team for all client meetings.
Maintain accountability, drive and motivation to achieve flawless work and agency growth.
Oversee multiple details and projects at once, thriving at solving problems and always remaining calm under pressure.
Partner with finance and client services to ensure our SOWs and invoices are on time and flawless.
Help identify and streamline Fellow processes to allow for smooth execution of projects and improved efficiency across departments.
Maintain Fellow’s internal agency status report and project calendar, and lead weekly status meetings.
Maintain client status reports and participate in client meetings, keeping projects on track and ensuring the lines of communication are open.
Guide the team and collaborate with vendors through the production process across all channels (for video, print, collateral, digital, etc).

Skills and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 3 years experience in an agency, and/or marketing/advertising environment, preferably in a project management or producer role. Additional creative or production experience a plus.
Experience leading strategic projects across many different mediums/channels.
Adept at building and growing constructive relationships, including the ability to negotiate, navigate difficult conversations and influence teams.
Strong verbal, listening, writing and interpersonal skills
Ability to think strategically to solve business problems
Ability to quickly understand clients’ businesses
Strong understanding of numbers, including use of Excel and Project Management software and tools as required.
Highly articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Dynamic and energizing personality with an ability to maintain optimism and a positive attitude in a challenging, fast-paced and changing environment.
Experience using Google Slides, Powerpoint, Google Calendars, Excel, Zoom, and Slack
