ABOUT THE POSITION
5IVE is looking for a Project Manager to join our growing team. As a project manager, you’ll work with our creative and strategy team on efficiency across a variety of services: strategy, branding, digital, media and advertising. You’ll be responsible for managing timelines and budgets to make sure we are always meeting our promised deadlines. You will write scopes, assign to-do’s, and work closely with 5IVE’s strategy team. We are looking for experienced folks with a can-do attitude, excellent communication and process management skills, the ability to manage projects from start to finish and handle relations with external vendors as needed, and bring efficiency to existing processes. Candidates should have at least 5 years of agency experience as a project manager and an affinity for account and media management.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan, monitor, and drive progress across multiple projects
Handle correspondence with clients around project details and timing
Develop and manage comprehensive timelines, meeting agendas and scopes
Manage and adjust project expectations and variables as needed
Manage changes to the project scope, schedule, costs, and client expectations
Manage internal teams and freelance resources
Work with external vendors and partners
Lead internal process efficiencies, improvements and implementations
REQUIREMENTS
Proven project management experience
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Super organized, self-driven and resourceful
Natural leader and team player
Passion to work with cause-driven brands and human-centric marketing
Overall rock star with a sense of humor and respect for other cultures
QUALIFICATIONS
5+ years agency experience
Experience in print, digital, branding, guerrilla and experiential marketing, and video production
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, advertising, communications, or related field
OPERATIONAL PROGRAMS & PLATFORMS
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software
Keynote
Basecamp and Trello is a plus
Google Drive
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) is a plus
