Part Time Graphic Designer/Producer (Hybrid) [Part-time]
Job Description:

We’re looking for an enthusiastic Graphic Designer or production artist with exceptional design and production skills to be a part of our growing ad agency. This is currently a part-time, project based position that can grow into a full-time position.

As a part-time Graphic Designer, you’ll be expected to contribute to the conception of original design solutions and create deliverables whether working solo or under the guidance of our Creative Director or Project Manager.

We are seeking assistance on creative projects for digital, social, and occasionally traditional media. The ideal candidate must be a collaborative, team-oriented individual who is open to feedback and able to thrive within a fast-paced environment.

Your passion for all things design – as well as the latest trends in mobile, social media, digital design, and technology – should be reflected in your work.

Key Accountabilities:
Operate in partnership with senior creative teammates to create sharp, effective design across a variety of platforms
Embrace and address feedback and guidance respectfully to improve and enhance skills, achieve efficiencies, and maintain continuity.
Provide articulate rationale behind design ideas.
Know and understand production specifications for all creative mediums.
Maintain organized files and use established server organization systems and file naming conventions.
Maintain and elevate established brand design look and feel.
Minimum Qualifications:
Demonstrated expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to: Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
Self-motivated with exceptional attention to project and budget detail.
Work efficiently, and be flexible when quick turnaround projects come up.
Ability to see other people’s point of view and receive criticism (a must).
A link to your current work portfolio showcasing relevant experience in digital and traditional work, demonstrating conceptual thinking and effective design solutions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of responsive web design patterns, best practices, and UX.
Able to create short animations/motion graphics for social media.
Experience building websites and or landing pages.
Familiarity/experience with Premiere.
Familiarity/experience with After Effects
Knowledge of HubSpot.
Photography experience.
