Description
Our Senior Project Manager position is a client-facing liaison between both the client and our strategic and creative teams. You will work alongside our strategic and creative leads to traffic workflow and deliverables. You will manage logistics for kickoffs and follow the team through the entirety of the project. You’ll monitor project changes in scope, schedule, and budget, and consistently produce high quality solutions. You’ll create calendars, timelines, and ascertain that deadlines are met. You will work directly with and ensure high quality service with clients and external partners. We are a very flat and collaborative organization; you will work very closely with and report to the CEO.
Preferred Background
You’ve had at least 5 years of experience in project management in an agency or internal creative team. You’ve had some experience with branding, advertising, marketing, and social. And if you’ve worked with healthcare or retail clients, that would be a bonus!
• Experience as a project manager in an advertising or brand agency
• Highly organized and able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Vendor management experience
• Familiar with reporting and budgeting
• Knowledge of digital marketing, traditional marketing, advertising
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work well with deadlines
• Strong working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and PPT
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Zoom
• Familiarity with Adobe CS, including InDesign
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience

Compensation
Hourly rate: $75-90, commensurate with experience. This is a flexible full-time position, 30-40 hours contract to start; may move to salary after 3 months.
