Responsible for new business prospecting and development for NEXT book of business. Lead and partner with the NEXT leadership team and GLS sales team to prospect, qualify leads, support pitches, and win new client business based on annual, quarterly, and monthly goals.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Business Growth
• Responsible for new business prospecting, development, sales strategies, and lead qualification to effectively acquire new agency clients
• Write, develop and implement lead generation strategies and creative techniques that ‘open doors’ and result in agency growth from new prospects
• Partner with agency Director of Business Development to create/refine NEXT new business tools, practices, and methodologies
Pipeline and Revenue
• Develop and manage NEXT’s external sales pipeline to win new business
• Provide sales reporting to NEXT SLT on business growth progress, updates
Agency Leadership & Culture
• Work closely with NEXT SLT and key agency stakeholders to develop agency marketing strategies and competitive insights
• Represent NEXT/GLS to industry as a leader and advocate our competitive difference
• Provide POV on market conditions, industry trending, competitive set

• 10+ years demonstrated experience selling integrated marketing services for advertising agencies, design firms and/or marketing agencies
• Proven track record in generating qualified business leads and ‘closing’ prospective clients
• Strong knowledge of print, digital and media
• Effective in a variety of selling situations including but not limited to: one-on-one, small groups, large audiences, peer management groups, etc.
• Experience in dealing with Director, VP, EVP and C-level prospects and clients
