-Create and evolve the verbal expression of the client’s brand and it’s sub-brands in trend-right customer experience solutions; act as idea engineer for projects and initiatives; influence writers with ideas and work; serve as mentor to writers.
-Leverage design process by interpreting the creative brief /communications platform with a strategic lens particularly in concept creation.
-Thinks from holistic design/copy approach vs. sole copy focus; part of collaborative design effort that directly contributes to effectiveness of customer experience.
