So what do I do as a Red Circle Account Supervisor?
You are responsible for owning and navigating client relationships for our growing list of clients. You lead the client externally and the Red Circle team internally to ensure a high level of client satisfaction, and team growth. Your leadership skills are second to none with your ability to manage and grow your internal team, and foster strong client-facing relationships.

Your responsibilities:
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior level clients
Represent the client POV within the agency while also acting as a partner to the client
Represent the agency POV, services, and values in a way that positions Red Circle as a partner to clients in support of their business
Lead strategy/brand evolution phase, reviewing creative concepts with internal teams to ensure delivery of creative brief objectives
Own annual client recap reports
Lead and direct client presentations and reviews
Oversee development of proposals, scope of work documents, and estimates
Responsible for managing account team direct reports
Oversee budget management
Seek out new opportunities to grow clients’ business
Provide guidance, direction, and leadership to resolve any client or internal team conflicts
Requirements:
A minimum of 6-8 years of agency account experience
Minimum 1 year prior management experience
Understanding of integrated marketing mix
Experience on-boarding new clients and developing fully integrated agency relationships
Strong communication, time management, problem-solving and organizational skills
Skilled communicator with the ability to be efficient and positive, and balance client and agency advocacy appropriately and effectively
Sales training a plus
Skills
High level of Excel knowledge and PowerPoint experience
Ability to lead and inspire team
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Effective speaker and can tailor the message as appropriate with clients and internal/external vendors
React positively to high pressure situations
Casino experience is helpful - either working in-house at a casino, or on a casino account.
