Account Manager Duties
+ Facilitate client meetings and communications
+ Forge and grow client relationships with existing, past, and potential clients
+ Utilize expert communication skills to ensure the success of all project milestones,
requirements, and deliverables
+ Draft project and client documents such as contracts, quotes, creative briefs, change orders, etc.
+ Passionately and intelligently champion our clients, their needs, and business model within internal meetings, brainstorms, creative development processes, etc.
+ Work with creative teams to ensure project accuracy, budget accountability, and timeline adherence
+ Research, identify and implement new ideas, methodologies, events, processes, and more to enhance our relationships with existing clients, stay connected with past clients and form new and exciting relationships with potential clients
+ Professionally anticipate, prevent, and resolve issues as they arise for the client and their projects
Requirements
+ 2-4 years working with or for an agency is preferred but not required
+ Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, or comparable area of study desired but not required
+ Superlative presentation, written, and verbal communication skills
+ Natural desire to meet and work with people
+ The drive and initiative to self-lead in a creative team environment
+ Understanding of and passion for the fundamentals of marketing, strategy, media, and advertising
+ Optimistic and encouraging attitude towards opportunities, challenges, and teammates
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
+ Excellent organization and planning skills
