Advent Creative Group is looking for an experienced Account Director or Senior Account Manager in Minneapolis. This is a contract position covering a medical leave from May through September. Candidate will direct key national account for local Minneapolis Ad/Marketing agency.

Candidate must have 8 + years agency experience, or client-side experience working closely with an agency developing large campaigns. Key account/ blue-chip client experience required. Solid strategic skills; thought leadership, and ability to remotely partner with senior strategist and creative directors (office located in NY) required. Understanding of copy testing methodology and packaged good process/culture, and direct mail is preferred. Looking for candidates with experience building/creating production matrix, managing budgets/CPP, ability to manage high work volume with lots of versioning.
